All of our smoked meat is first rubbed with one of our Dry-Rubs. A dry rub is a combination of spices, herbs and sugar. Dry rubbing will create a flavor  coating on the outside of the meat, which we believe compliments the slow smoked meat. Our meats are slow smoked over Apple and Hickory Wood for up to 12 hours in our Southern Pride Smoker. The combination of the dry rubbing and slow smoking, creates a flavor on the meat that we believe doesn't need much else. 

If you prefer a sauce, we have 3 to choose from; Our Chicago Sauce has a sweeter, smokey flavor, our Texas Sauce is thinner and spicier, and our Carolina Sauce is a vinegar based tangy sauce. Either way, dry or sauced we know you'll enjoy our BBQ.
